Q. Who is CRÉDIT SECOURS intended for?
A. This service is intended for any person who needs an automobile, minivan or light trunk and whose credit has been rejected by their financial institution or by other dealerships due to credit problems such as bankruptcy, divorce, court order or seizure, job loss, etc.

Q. What are the steps to follow?
A. Fill out a request on our website or give Gilles St-Onge a call to immediately know if you qualify.

Q. What model year are the offered vehicles?
A. Most of our vehicles are 1999 to 2004 models. We have a few 1996, 1997 and 1998 vehicles, but they all are of exceptional quality.

Q. Who finances our vehicles?
A. Depending on your credit history, we deal with banks as well as independent finance and leasing companies.

Q. What is the interest rate that I will have to pay?
A. The rates vary between 7.5% and 19.9%, depending on your personal history and the model year of the vehicle.

Q. I currently have a leasing contract on my vehicle and it's about to come to an end. Is it possible to buy back the vehicle with your help?
A. Yes, it's possible, but there aren't any pre-defined rules. Each request is carefully analysed and certain conditions will apply.

Q. Do I have to give a cash down payment to be accepted?
A. Most of our cases are approved without any cash down payment and in other cases, we could ask you for $500 to $1,500 cash, or a trade-in vehicle of equal value.
